These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the engagement as confidential and to use it solely for the purposes of fulfilling obligations under this agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed to date. Certain obligations, including confidentiality and data protection, shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
